Payment is required on delivery of the skip by either credit card or cash. We do not send invoices unless previously arranged
Overloaded skips will either be tipped off until safe to remove or left until the excess is removed, a return charge to collect the skip will apply of $250.00.
The skip is the hirers responsibility, this includes what is put in it, any damage caused to it and its safe return to us.
No liquids, asbestos, tyres, chemicals or gas bottles are to be placed into the skip.
Access to the skip is the hirer’s responsibility, additional fees will be charged if the skip cannot be picked up.
Skips are not allowed on the road without a permit.
By engaging the services of Gold Coast Waste and Recycling you agree to indemnify Gold Coast Waste and Recycling , Byron Bay Bins, Tweed Skips the company and employees from any responsibility, legal action or liability in relation to any damage caused in the delivery or recovery of our skip.
